The book ‘Bedre flyt’ is an introduction to the method BodyMindFlow, including the description of a twelve weeks program to set the process towards better flow in your life. The book is in Norwegian and published by Aschehoug. Together with my own reflections, around twenty persons share their experiences with the exercises, how they implement them in daily life and work, and what is the effect, personally and professionally. The book deepen into the themes of flow, movement, body and mind, and also touch upon timeless actualities like stress, boredom, transformation, resistance and happiness, to mention some.
